Sad news emerged this morning that Velotive has closed it’s doors with immediate effect.
It’s never good to hear of local bike shops closing, particularly as the bike retail industry seems to be growing rapidly in Cornwall right now.  The likes of Trailmunki in Bodmin and Unit Cycles at Fraddon have recently burst on the scene and now  Cranked Bikes opening in Bodmin and Clive Mitchell Cycles expanding with a new store on the A30 at Summercourt, seems to show the industry is strengthening down here.  Hopefully that means there’ll be opportunities around for the knowledgeable and friendly Velotive staff members who now find themselves jobless so hope they sort something soon.
